ALL products have a 5-10 business day processing time. Holidays and sale days  & WEEKENDS could cause this time to be longer than expected.
Currently to delays worldwide with the postal carriers we use there may be a 7-14 day delay on certain items.

We absolutely offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer.

We do understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, cut, dyed or tampered with!

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of Blac Phoenix Luxury Hair CO , we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a professional at coloring hair extensions.

You MUST contact us first before refunding your package During Business Hours at: thephoenix@bpluxhair.com within the seven (7) day return period and provide us with a tracking number that the package has been shipped

All BLAC PHOENIX Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it’s original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will NOT be issued.

All unnecessary charge backs will be notated/documented you will NOT be allowed to reorder if you have been placed on our Chargeback list!

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product and we take all mandated Covid-19 precautions very seriously to protect our customer’s. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Blac Phoenix Luxury Hair seal on the bundle has been broken!

You have 7 days to return or exchange your items after that time unfortunately we do not accept the items back.
